As 2021 draws to a close, we have important shipping information to pass on to you. The global shipping network continues to feel the impacts of COVID-19. While we’re working diligently to ensure you receive shipments within the expected timeframe, it’s important to understand the limitations we face from shipping providers.


We met with our FedEx Rep learned that recently they have seen a significant influx in ground deliveries. Based on previous trends, FedEx expects their backlog and lead times to continue to increase until the end of 2021.

If you need RLE products before the end of the year and want to ship via FedEx, please be advised that you need to choose FedEx 2Day or FedEx Priority Overnight shipping. If you select any other FedEx shipping method, your shipment is not guaranteed to arrive before the end of the year.

The COVID-19 pandemic has created record-breaking shipment volumes. As more people shop online to avoid crowds in stores, those numbers have grown even more. This has created shipping volumes that are taxing logistics networks nationwide, which may cause delays.

      • FedEx International Priority® Freight

The status of the money-back guarantee for these FedEx services and additional FedEx services worldwide is being evaluated on an ongoing basis, and our focus remains on continuing to provide the best possible service to our customers during this period of uncertainty.
