RLE Welcomes New Employees

2018 has been a year of strong growth and consistently positive monthly sales and manufacturing numbers at RLE. To support our strategic growth plan, we're excited to welcome several new employees to the company:

Mike joins RLE's sales department as our Midwest Account Manager. Mike is a graduate of the IU Kelley School of Business, and through his 15 years as a senior account manager has accrued extensive experience bidding, selling and implementing a wide variety of monitoring equipment.  Mike is Niagara AX certified and most recently managed BDX diagnostic building analytics, SaaS licenses and renewals, and relationships with vendors including Tridium, Honeywell, Senva, ACI, RLE, RGF, Belimo, and IDEAL. Mike is based in the Chicago metro area.

Debbie Imel is our Director of Finance and comes to RLE with more than 20 years of experience in financial reporting, corporate taxes, and budget forecasting.  Debbie is a CPA with a BS in Accounting from Metropolitan State University, and through her career she has managed all corporate accounting functions.  She's arrived at RLE at just the right time to help us budget for a strong and profitable 2019!

Brian joins our engineering department as a Junior Firmware Engineer. Brian has 5 years’ experience working as a Software Developer / Quality Engineer, including burn-in testing, PCB testing, and scripting QA product test programs.  Most recently Brian worked as a part of a JavaScript API development team supporting oil and gas industry in Houston, TX.  Brian is a Fort Collins native and graduated from CSU with a BS in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Math.

Tomo joins our manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Technician.  Tomo's 15+ years of professional experience in SCADA, AutoCAD, and GIS, along with her Associates Degree in Manufacturing and Energy Technology make her a great asset to our manufacturing staff.  Tomo has already improved our processes for manufacturing several of our high volume products, making the process smoother and more user friendly.
