Employees and their families also donate their time to help Homeless Gear during the holiday season, gathering at the Homeless Gear warehouse to sort, organize and prepare donations for distribution. Many also contribute clothing, sleeping bags, and food to help further Homeless Gear's mission of offering hope and a hand up to the homeless in Colorado.

Putnam Elementary Eco Week, Poudre School District
Eco Week is a memorable milestone for PSD students - they get to spend several days in the mountains hiking, studying the ecology of the region, and examining the effects of fires and floods on our ecosystems. For many students, this is their first experience camping and hiking. RLE provided funds to cover expenses for children who may not have been able to attend otherwise.
RLE participates annually in the Think Humanity Golf Tournament. This year the tournament raised over $18,500 to support construction of five clean water wells and purchase 1,500 long-lasting insecticide-treated bed nets, helping more than 16,000 people in communities in western Uganda.
