Q1 2016 sales incentive program.

Fill out and submit the form below for each of your SeaHawk and Falcon product sales.

If you have sold multiple products on one PO, you only need to fill out one form for that PO.

RLE's payment will be made within 15 days of the end of the quarter.  The payout will be converted to local currency when it is issued and will be distributed through Daxten Payroll.
