As we leap into a new year of nearly limitless opportunities, RLE Technologies is pleased to announce the launch of an all new Preferred Partner Program (P3) for select resellers. While we have enjoyed our great business relationship over the years, it is time to add some additional structure to our channel partner program with the goal of driving sales and profitability for both you and RLE.

Let’s take a look at what this program looks like.

The key benefits to partners that opt to participate in the RLE Preferred Partner Program are many:

  • Lead Referral Program
    RLE will be handing off inbound leads to Preferred Partners as appropriate based on geographical coverage and partner capabilities. We are significantly ramping up our marketing efforts in 2014, and anticipate a significant increase in inbound leads. And while there is no guarantee of quantity or quality of leads passed, our intention is to provide not only early funnel leads, but also highly qualified opportunities for your sales team to close.
  • Marketing Co-Op Funding
    Based on YTD Preferred Partner performance, RLE will contribute personnel, resources, and or funds to Preferred Partners to offset marketing efforts that promote RLE products. The RLE Partner Marketing Co-op form will be available on the P3 page of our web site once you’ve been accepted into the program.
  • Sales and Technical Training
    We will provide sales training for your team to help assure they are fully knowledgeable on the products and have all the tools needed to optimize your revenue stream with our products.
  • Co-Branding of Literature
    RLE will provide soft copy co-branded literature to Preferred Partners at no cost for use in sales and marketing efforts. Co-branding printed materials can be provided upon request but may incur a cost depending on quantity.
  • Eligible for Sales Incentives
    If deemed appropriate by the Preferred Partner, RLE will provide valuable incentives to your sales staff for promoting and selling our products. These incentives may be in the form of physical prizes or cash for reaching certain sales milestones agreed to by both you and RLE.
  • Discounted RLE Product Demo Kits
    Complete product demo kits are currently available, but as a qualifying Preferred Partner, you will be able to purchase these valuable sales and marketing kits at a significantly discounted rate.
  • Exclusive Access to B-Stock
    RLE will now be offering returned or refurbished equipment (B-Stock) at a discounted rate. As a Preferred Partner, you will be notified of such materials in advance of all others giving you the opportunity to purchase these items at a discount and pick up additional margins.
  • Product Launch Updates and Sales Tools
    Our Preferred Providers will have “sneak peek” insights into new products, launch materials associated with new products, as well as premium sales tools to help you drive marketing efforts and revenue.
  • Quarterly Update Letter from the Executive Team at RLE Technologies
    These updates will come directly from our executive management team and will provide valuable insights into the state of the industry, new RLE initiatives, and product roadmap information.

Finally, Project Registrations and Protection will also be phased in for Preferred Partners during 2014. Project protection will assure that if multiple RLE resellers are vying for the same business, Preferred Partners will have exclusivity to that project and RLE will not quote any new resellers.

So what is involved to become a RLE Preferred Provider? We simply ask that the following criteria be observed:

  • Agree to sign a RLE Preferred Partner Program Agreement
  • Maintain three or more dedicated outside sales representatives
  • Incent your sales staff to participate in RLE training, incentives, and general interaction
  • Specify a geographic range you focus sales efforts on
  • Actively market to and engage with prospects in agreed upon vertical markets, preferably:
    • Data Center
    • Telecom
    • Facilities
    • HVAC
    • Oil and Gas
  • Make RLE products visible, searchable, and prominent on your website
  • Proactively strategize with RLE quarterly on marketing efforts and revenue generation
  • Consistently deliver revenue growth year over year
  • Agree not to carry a direct competitive product to RLE’s leak detection or monitoring solutions
